It's oh so quiet............

IT'S OH SO QUIET.................well, actually it isn't all that quiet - I have not been painting this month yet, and am cross and frustrated.  Beware any type of maker, who is not making!  I had planned some R&R, but due to lurgies, the need to pay bills and a million other thorns, we are making do with some weekend adventures, exploring - the wee pine tree above (so perfect) is in a wood, near Glassel, Aberdeenshire - where we went recently to find some standing stones - those too were perfect.

HAT STATUS:  Furry (fake) hunter hat, with a brief outing for a woolly Christmas tourie hat - pom poms are SO distracting.

PAINTING STATUS:  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!

READING STATUS:  Inspirational Magazine, of course, and,  CJ Sansom's Shardlake series - thanks O'Shaughnessy.

WRITING STATUS:  All quiet.

COFFEE STATUS:  A fabulous mocha with chocolate drops on the side at -  At The Sign of the Black Faced Sheep in Aboyne.

ENERGY STATUS:  Requires work.

WILDCARD STATUS:  Summoning.
